Congo Directory is looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to support company operations and manage daily social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
• Manage emails, calls, and messages
• Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings
• Take meeting notes and track action items
• Support customer service and user questions
• Assist with launch planning and coordination
Social Media Management:
• Post daily across IG, FB, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Engage with comments and messages
• Create simple content and captions
• Monitor analytics and track growth
• Research trends and opportunities
Marketing & Traffic Growth:
• Help bring traffic to the Congo Directory website
• Promote our services and new features
• Engage entrepreneurs, businesses, and professionals
• Assist with partnerships and influencer outreach
Requirements
• MUST be based in Kinshasa
• Fluent French + basic English
• Experience with social media management and trends
• Strong communication and organization
• Reliable, proactive, punctual, and strong attention to details
• Basic Canva or design skills (preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and Congolese business growth
