Commercial Property Locator and Scout

Mira Boutique is seeking an experienced real estate agent or property scout to identify and secure a suitable retail location for a women’s fashion boutique in Kinshasa. This is a short-term, results-based contract focused on sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating access to high-quality commercial spaces that meet our brand and business requirements.

Must be able to present 2-5 qualified options that meet the criteria and support initial negotiatians if needed. 

Ideal candidate has a background in real estate.
